Storyline

Jess suggests to Brody that he pack a bag if he won't tell her the truth. The CIA has him under 24-hour surveillance from an off-site location run by Peter Quinn, Estes' loyal and acerbic man. They decide to push Brody by having him run into Carrie outside Langley. That night, he's checked into a hotel, he's sitting at the bar, and he reaches for his phone. That afternoon, a drunk Lauder visits Jess; when she can't reach Brody, she calls Mike. Lauder pushes Mike to think anew about Walker and Brody. Dana's relationship with the Vice President's son includes a visit to the Washington Monument. Written by <jhailey@hotmail.com>

Goofs

While Carrie is waiting for Brody, two extras - a man and a woman - are seen through the window walking behind her across the lobby. In a following shot, they are seen walking towards the doors from the outside. Then they are seen reflected in the window, while standing outside and waiting for their cue. When Carrie finally exits the lobby to meet Brody, the same two extras enter the door in front of her, but now the woman is wearing dark glasses. See more »

Quotes

Carrie Mathison: It reeks, you know, your bullshit. Do I want to be friends with a demented ex-soldier who hates America, who decided that strapping on a bomb was what the answer to what ailed him, despite his daughter, his son, people who loved him in real life and not in the mind-f-k world of Abu Nazir? Who in the end didn't have the stones to go through with it but had no problem sending me to the nuthouse? Yeah... no thanks. I don't think I need a friend like that.
Nicholas Brody: Ok. Not friends.
Carrie Mathison: So what are you going to ...

New Car Smell Homeland's best episode ever
22 October 2012 | by ivo-cobra8See all my reviews

Homeland is one of the best TV series so far. Season 2 episode 4 is one of the best one's ever. Finally, finally they catch Brody in act as terrorist. After i finished watching First Season in April the show become really realistic to me.About a marine who went missing for 8.years and got turned by terrorist after been captive in Iraq from 2003 till 2011 it was really realistic. Mostly the show reminds and mentions 9/11 attacks which was true and realistic.I wasn't been there but i saw it on the news that day. The first season was really realistic.I am glad that this show is only fiction but to me was realistic when Sgt.Nicholas Brody and Tom Walker were captive for 8.years in Iraq and they were team Marine One. I am still wondering how did Brody cover up for so long his involvement on an suicide attack to blow off in the shelter were Vice President William Walden was hiding. This Episode is really awesome and i love it so much. Season 2 finally explains and clears a lot then first season did.Best lines at the end of the episode Carrie said to Brody i love it so much. I really hope this show doesn't got canceled unexplained what will happen with Brody and Carrie at the end because i will be really disappointed. It has only 12. episodes in every season so far. I can't wait for a new episodes of Homeland.
