Storyline

The movie Total Recall asks, "What is real?" Hollywood Builders: Total Recall has the answers. Hollywood Builders goes behind the scenes of making movie sets for Hollywood's biggest blockbusters. From the director's first visual concept, to hammers hitting nails, to the movie magic tricks that make "Lights! Camera! Action!" possible, we follow the creative pros whose job it is to literally set the stage for the movie's actors. In Hollywood Builders: Total Recall, we join the top builders in the movie business to see how they created the futuristic sets for the remake of this classic sci-fi thriller. On North America's largest soundstage, hundreds of carpenters, painters, welders, mold-makers, set decorators and other craftspeople have just eight weeks to build the two massive Total Recall sets before the movie crew begins filming.
