Storyline

On a summer afternoon, General Tor Johnson and Secretary of Defense Sheldon Bunning relax in a hot tub drinking hard liquor while running a military invasion of a foreign country. Presidential candidate Senator Davis and lobbyist Marvin Kohler arrive to the party with a business offer that sets off a dispute. Civil War is an allegory of the current systemic failures of our government and society, an oligarchic structure stooped in excess and unnatural desire for power.
