      A tank top and flip flops would be a poor choice of clothing for someone who was planning to break out of prison posing as a visitor. Since visitors are not allowed to wear things like tank tops and open-toed shoes, this attire is exactly wrong for the escapee-hopeful because it would actually draw attention instead of letting the person blend in and get lost in the crowd.
