Hidden Connection??

This is my first watch through, so please pardon if this is not an original viewpoint. While being not so hidden, within S6 E6 there was the slightest of nods to it being episode 100 with the closing shot in the final scene (review the cake). So with this being episode 101, and the main line being the sextuplets . . . Did anyone else make the potential connection to 101 Dalmatians? Being under the Disney umbrella I started to catch the more overt connections with all the characters being used the Halloween episode. So I know the concept to the puppies is quite a stretch, but it just seems sooooo obvious to me.
