    Storyline

    Edit
Carrie meets Steve's parents and other mob related friends at the opening of his Tuscan cuisine restaurant. Eddie Dal Bello, one of the friends Carrie met, has been under surveillance for months by Sharon Vega of Organized Crimes; who has just taken over the case of Francine Palmer. The murder victim just happens to be the girlfriend of Dal Bello and Carrie is taken off the case because of guilt by association: her romantic friendship with Steve. —The Comeback Kid

    • Quotes

Carrie Wells: [meeting Steve's father] Wow, I like him. I mean, I'm scared of him, but I like him.

Steve Cioffi, Jr.: Hey, he likes you, too.

Carrie Wells: How do you know?

Steve Cioffi, Jr.: I had a girlfriend one time in college that Pop didn't like.

Carrie Wells: Right, and her ankle ended up in Sheepshead Bay. You can't tell me the same joke twice.

Steve Cioffi, Jr.: Yeah. We're together three months, I'm already running out of material.

    Good episode - but ....
At the end, Steve Cioffi says ".. divinity that shapes our ends" and Carrie says "Romeo and Juliet".

    Errk!!! - it's Hamlet - Hamlet to Horatio, Act 5, Scene 2.

But I'm just splitting hairs. Fine episode in a better-than-average series.
