In the premiere episode of FIRST TUESDAY the best segment featured Mr. CHARLES ATLAS whose name has become synonymous with Strength Health and Natural Fitness. Mr. Atlas is considered the father of modern Bodybuilding. Mr. Atlas who is approaching 80 remains in incredible shape.
