    Funny is funny

If you have a love for the theatre of the absurd or that part of you that has guilty pleasures, then this is for you. The humour is that of British seaside postcards, and that is strange as this is an American production! It pokes fun at everything including itself. One reviewer called it creepy! Well no more so than Carry On films, the Two Ronnies Or Allo Allo.

The real difference is that there is also an engaging Whodunit added to the mix. The humour and plot don't let up there are no low points it just keeps coming at you. There are laugh out load moments that mean I had to replay scenes because I missed dialogue.

At the end of the day funny is funny, and if you are offended with any of the material grow up or become a member of the Westbough Church.

    A Great Web Series

I caught the first episode of this hilarious web series on You Tube. I thought it looked like my kind of thing so I purchased series 1 & 2 from the web site. I am SO glad I did.

The three main characters, Reggie, Wood & Nelson are a joy and work so well together. The situations are crazy and the dialogue is sparkling with wit, put downs and occasional sheer bitchiness.

And of course no review would be complete without a mention for the main co star Ian Parks as Hot Toddy, Nelson's hot boyfriend. For me he comes across as a very natural actor and is a great addition to the cast.

I could go on about the hot men that make up the rest of the cast but why not watch it yourself. It's fun, it's silly, it's suspenseful, it's sexy, It's WHERE THE BEARS ARE

    Great surprise!!

I started watching this about a year ago, thought it was reallly dumb. My husband decided to give it another try last week. Got thru one episode and loved it!! The show is silly, but the characters are so funny. And it's nice to see a show not filled with the "pretty boys" all the time. Being older (and heavier than I was) it's great to see the portrayal of real people here. The acceptance of all types of gays is refreshing, to say the least. Kudos to the actors and writers, a show definitely worth bingeing. I just found that the "bears" also did 6 short film specials: Halloween, Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's, Thanksgiving and New Years, looking forward to seeing them also!!!

    Better than you would think

Friends advised me to watch the series, the murder mystery theme sort of peaked my interest. On a rainy weekend I binged watched it. The first episode is good but the series gets better and better with lots of laughs, but the great part of this series is the great chemistry of friendship and bonds that shines threw the camp and humor. This is worth the watch with more episodes hopefully to be made. There's a bit of everything , it's a fun series nothing heavy but light and entertaining They should continue with more episodes and adventures for these friends. Viewers love thse cast of great characters.

Finally! A show where not everyone is young and (main stream) beautiful!!

I cannot get enough of this show. It is funny, exciting and innovative. Really, I am so tired of every soap (night time or day time) where everyone weighs about 100 lbs and is chiseled. I keep looking at some of the women (and men) in these shows and think "EAT SOMETHING"! The characters in Where the Bears Are are like people I would see while walking down the street. Plot lines are thrilling and some of the plot twists surprise the heck outta me!! I really enjoying this show and look forward to each new season! Hope you have MANY more seasons ahead of you guys!! Thank you for a really entertaining show!!
