Juliet walks in on Lassiter and Marlowe in the bathtub together; at the end of the scene, Juliet walks out as Marlowe scoots over to Lassiter's side of the tube. When Juliet returns a second later, Lassiter is once again alone on his side of the tub before he climbs out.
A parole officer does not determine the conditions of an inmate's parole, their only job is to enforce the conditions of said inmate's parole and ensure they comply with said conditions. The conditions of an inmate's early release are predetermined by the parole board and/or a judge.
