Plot Summary

Six years after the events of A Christmas Story (1983), 16-year-old Ralph Parker finds himself on the cusp of getting his driver's license. But some things never change. This time, Ralph wants a fully restored 1939 Mercury Eight convertible for Christmas, and Drucilla Gootrad, the girl of his dreams. However, after a stroke of bad luck, he has one short week to raise enough money to right a wrong by Christmas Eve; if he doesn't come up with the sum, Ralph will have to face the consequences of a regrettable decision. Will things work out for enthusiastic Ralph in the end? Above all, will he get the girl? Written by Nick Riganas
