Storyline

Kiera and Carlos investigate two deaths where the victims have had large cylindrical holes incised into the backs of their necks. A review of the victims' DNA reveal a special gene, one that would be used in a futuristic super-soldier. In fact, the victims' pituitary glands have been removed. Unknown to Kiera, Travis is quite ill and the glands are needed to synthesize a cure. He's on his death bed however leading some in the group to start jockeying for position in the hopes of replacing him. One of the group arranges to meet Kiera but it may just be a trap. Goofs

Right after Kiera wears her bluetooth in cafe, Kellog threatens to blow up the cafe with a stun grenade/flashbang, looking like m84 or similar. Those are considered less than lethal and should not inflict permanent damage. They are not explosive devices like other grenades and do not emit pressure wave and debris to harm anyone in their blast radius. instead they make a very loud noise and very bright flash of light to disorientate anyone affected. The effect however passes after a minute or several and normally is not permanent. See more »
