Host Robert Beckford takes us around the world for what has to be one of history's toughest tests. We peer through the lens of the personal experiences of men and women who have dared to attempt to live out the teachings of Christ, sometimes under seemingly impossible circumstances. This first session of the four-session series focuses on forgiveness. Joe Seremane, a living example of the darkest days of apartheid in South Africa, became a follower of Christ and began to look for ways of reconciliation. Americans Peter and Linda Biehl went to South Africa after their daughter Amy was murdered there. They met her murderers and set up a foundation to advance healing instead of hate.
