Senator Nathan Hale is approached by the Mafia to vote their way on legislature. Caught in a scandal, he refuses to be coerced and his son, Kane Hale, is kidnapped. He retaliates by hiring S.O.L. to retrieve his son.

This film touches on the films Way of the Vigilante, Survival Instinct, and What They Seem and Imported Affairs, while also introducing his comic book characters Detective Michelle Robinson and Michael "Go Lucky" (the former of which appeared in Solo Shots # 1 Vol. 2 briefly).
