Storyline
Plot Summary |
A badly-injured leg forces hunky firefighter Jeff, who as a young boy lost his father in a fire, to rent a ground-floor room during his recovery. He moves in with abandoned single mom Jenny, a 911 emergency call-center operator, and her two young children, Luke and Elsie, who soon see Jeff as an ideal substitute father and try to get him together with their mom. She recognizes his good influence, but after a distressing call in which a policeman is killed, she fears that another breakup would be too hard. Jeff's retired former fire chief Buddy being in the home where the kids read books to earn money gives him the inspiration he needs to pursue Jenny. Written by KGF Vissers |
