Terrible Taste
20 February 2012 | by stagetoursSee all my reviews

Usually a good show, this episode was in very poor taste. Whose brilliant idea was it to show 2 religious Jewish 13 yr old boys being terribly rude and nasty to the women characters and in fact having them "rap" their disrespectful lines. And all the sexual stuff from young boys wasn't funny. The whole thing was a mess. How about some clever writing instead of this garbage. Its as if your didn't have any adults in the room with the writers. Keep this up and you will lose this fan. Its hard for me to believe the main character would not know how important food being kosher is to religious Jews. I also didn't like the way the grandmother was portrayed. The term stereotype comes to mind in a way I haven't seen on TV in years. And do you really need to show the Mom as someone so stupid she doesn't know her 13 yr old son and his friend are acting out like that. I would really like a response from the show's creator or the writers.
