    Storyline

    Edit
An athlete Lee Li (played by Elanne Kwong) is forced to give up weightlifting when she is diagnosed with diabetes. She moves to Hong Kong and scrapes a living doing manual labour jobs, mostly helping others to carry heavy objects during house moving in the daytime, and moving huge blocks of ice down by the wet market at night. Life is tough for sure, but Lee Li always holds her chin up with courage and optimism.

Shi Yong (played by Chapman To) is a man who has nearly been crushed by the failure in his business and marriage. He eventually moves into the house just next to Lee Li's and they become neighbours. With some help from the landlady and her son, Shi Yong learns more about Lee Li's background and soon falls for her. Shi Yong's life slowly gets back on track, and he finds Lee Li a better job as a fitness coach at a local gym.

Lee Li and Shi Yong eventually fall in love and marry one another, staying together in the same house now. Lee Li becomes pregnant and the couple are really excited about the news. However as a diabetic, the chances of Lee Li giving birth to a deformed child is rather high, and she may face a life threatening delivery. Despite the odds, they are still determined to give birth to a healthy baby.

As fate would have it, Lee Li and Shi Yong are blessed with a healthy baby boy, as Lee Li went through a safe and successful delivery. Although the couple just lead a very normal life, they are content and raise their son happily together. However deep down inside, Lee Li has never let go of her dream to compete in the Olympics. Shi Yong realizes his wife's dream and encourages her to get back into championship weightlifting. He then goes to great lengths to find a coach for Lee Li without her knowing about it, and even offers to stay home as a family man to support her in pursuing her dream.

With Lee Li staying away at the training camp, Shi Yong juggles between his work while taking care of his son single handedly. Lee Li only comes back to visit once in a while when she gets a break off training. During this critical time, a sudden accident threatens to undo all their efforts and what they have achieved to uphold Lee Li's dream, or rather their dream together.
