In Wisc., Rhinelander PD attempts to foil a murder-for-hire by going undercover: meeting the suspect as a hitman. In Colo., law enforcement from two counties tries to stop a runaway semi-truck before it devastates the small town of Brush.

In Wisconsin, an undercover sting results in an officer posing as a hit man. Then in Colorado, a stolen semi leads police on a dangerous chase. The stakes are raised when the semi exits the highway. Entering this neighborhood makes it personal.
