If you thought Jonathan M. Shiff productions was going to churn something else out than a trio of Australian girls with magical powers, you were wrong.
Whoever is on their production team has an uncanny obsession with the trio of magical girls plot because JMS Productions has already made two painfully horrible series before this one. This one is the worst. It follows the EXACT same formula as the H2O series without deviation.
FORMULA: Three girls have supernatural powers Girls get involved with normal people and try to hide their power from society Parents/siblings or authorities almost find out on multiple occasions There is a mystery with a supernatural power Something horrible is about to happen and protagonists save world (end of series) Except this time its about ALIENS not mermaids. The original title: Alien Surfgirls is all you need to know about this show. Aliens surf and try to hide their powers. THATS IT.
With bad effects, bad dialogue, substandard acting, and cringe worthy story, this show is nothing more than an H2O clone with a new theme.
I hope it ends with the alien girls getting arrested by the Australian authorities and dying horribly.
