Oliver Queen, a playboy billionaire went missing on a cruise ship with his father. He was pronounced dead for years, but resurfaced on the public with a new identity to take revenge on his city.
Season 1:
The first season of the Arrow series which became the beginning and opening of the story of Oliver Queen. Had a long season but was able to provide a good hero story. A season full of introducing the character of Arrow himself, the behavior and nature of Oliver Queen and several characters who would later become Queen's partners. Has a good story premise. Presents a fairly satisfied conflict. This season has been fairly rigid to bring an atmosphere of heroism. A season that goes seriously with a serious and seemingly dark story. Dialogue is rigid yet still easy to enjoy. This season is able to give an idea of Arrow itself in action.
Season 2:
This second season looks to be on the rise. The story develops by presenting the iconic enemy DC Deathstroke and reviewing Oliver Queen's past on the island of Lian Yu. This season is arguably full of stories of Oliver Queen's past. Several flashback scenes haunt throughout the season. For me, those flashback scenes are too long and long to build a story in this second season. It's been a lip service in this season. If you look at it, there is indeed a pretty good increase. This season consists of several complex conflicts. Oliver Queen with the appearance of Arrow has developed and is more mature. The conflict with Deathstroke became more tense. Also to Oliver's personal problems with his mother who has a pretty stressful secret.
Season 3:
Season three became the most epic season for me. This season has seen a tremendous improvement. The premise of the story is more mature, dense with conflict and full of suspense. This season has been an exciting season to enjoy. The fighting action is quite entertaining and thrilling. The intensity of the story continues to increase in each episode. The conflict is much more complex and dense with the presence of Ra's Al Ghul as the main enemy. The presence of Merlyn is the main mastermind in this season. It was Sara's death that disrupted all of Oliver's life to become the successor of Ras Al Ghul. The flashback scene still exists in this season although for me it is disturbing and unnecessary.
