Trivia

In 'Ging Gang Goolie' the Tabor Heights sheriff refers to 'Schwarzkopf himself' having visited the town to investigate the criminal activity there. This is a reference to real life figure Colonel Norman Schwarzkopf Sr., the father of the famous Gulf War General who was head of the newly formed New Jersey State Police. He would later find fame investigating the Lindbergh baby kidnapping and would host the crime themed radio show 'Gangbusters'. See more »

Goofs

The bare knuckle fight in the bar was fought like a boxing match without gloves. In a real bare knuckle match the head is rarely struck, to do so exposes the fighter to a risk of broken hands. They tend to go more for body blows, which cause less of a bloody mess but are still very painful. See more »

Quotes

Alby: [inside the general lockup] So, what are you in for, Nucky?
Enoch 'Nucky' Thompson: [sardonically] An unquenchable thirst.
