Follows three hard-working women as their destinies lead to some unwarranted situations and they end up caught in a web of lies.

Three air hostess Geeta,Jasmine and Divya work for Kohinoor Airlines and are also dealing with their day to day personal issues.They along with other staff members haven't received their salary for months and find that the airlines is going bankrupt.Geeta,Jasmine and Divya find that their flight head Mr Rajvanshi who dies on flight would smuggle gold on every trip and the mastermind behind him was their HR Manager Mittal. As they have personal responsibilities to take care the trio blackmail Mittal and ask him allow them to do the same on flight or they would expose him. Geeta,Jasmine and Divya then become carriers of Mittal to smuggle gold on flight and come under suspicion of customer officer Mala.—alex.mjacko@gmail.com

Geeta Sethi (Tabu), Jasmine Kohli (Kareena Kapoor Khan), and Divya Rana (Kriti Sanon) are flight attendants with Kohinoor Airlines, a company on the verge of bankruptcy. The staff have not been paid their salaries in 6 months, and the three friends, like all the other employees, keep hoping that things will change.

Geeta's husband Arun (Kapil Sharma) runs a struggling food business from home. Arun was in the restaurant business with his brother, but he had to leave due to a family feud. Geeta was miss Karnal 1998. Geeta has to financially support her unemployed brother Punnu and his wife Sapna, as well. Geeta hope to use her PF money to open up a restaurant with Arun in Goa. Jasmine was raised by her maternal grandfather (Nanu) Saianand (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) after her parents divorced. Jasmine wanted to be rich. She started by selling the math paper at school for Rs 1000 each. When caught, she bribes the principal with a 30% cut. She then came to Mumbai and launches a cosmetics brand but could not handle the logistics. She does not believe in relationships (she has affairs with married men), is fond of expensive things, and flaunts a fake and flashy lifestyle on social media. Divya is from Haryana. She was good at sports and studies at school. She is trained to be a pilot but is forced to take up the job of a flight attendant due to a lack of openings and keeps this hidden from her family. She leaves house dressed up like a pilot, but then changes into her flight attendant clothes at the airport. She struggles to repay her education loan installments.

Captain Wadhera flies the private jet of airline chairman Walia and has a crush on Geeta. Despite their personal problems the 3 women do their job with diligence and try to keep up morale of their fellow colleagues. They continue to fly as they get international flight allowances, which is enough to help with daily household expenses. The death of senior flight attendant Rajvanshi (Ramakant Dayma), while on duty, leads Geeta, Jasmine and Divya towards a clandestine operation to smuggle gold out of India to the Middle Eastern country Al Burj. Rajvanshi had several gold biscuits strapped to his body in a special vest designed for the purpose of smuggling. Despite several please by Jasmine, the women hand over the body (with the gold) to Customs Officer Jaiveer "Jai" Singh Rathore (Diljit Dosanjh). Jai had hooked up with Divya when they both studied at the same school. 12 Kgs of gold is recovered from Rajvanshi's body.

The women see news that Kohinoor airlines is likely to default on their loans. Geeta approaches Head of HR Manoj Mittal and beseeches him to tell the truth. Manoj admits that the airline is on the verge of bankruptcy. Geeta knows that her PF money is now lost, and she has no hope to salvage her financial future. Geeta is rattled and starts to steal toiletries from the airline's warehouse. Jasmine tells Geeta that she has Rajvanshi's mobile. They find that Rajvanshi contacted a specific number every time he reached Al Burj. They call the number and realize that it belongs to Manoj Mittal.

Manoj Mittal (Rajesh Sharma), the HR Head of Kohinoor Airlines, is the kingpin of the operation. Sudha is Manoj's wife and use to be an air-hostess herself. The 3 women confront Manoj and demand a piece of the action. The only thing they don't understand is why anyone would smuggle the gold out of India. They work with a jeweler to convert the gold bars into chocolate sized gold balls, which they wrap in a commercial chocolate wrapper, after dipping them in real chocolate. The three of them become part of the gold smuggling operation and their financial situation soon improves: Geeta funds Arun's food business and her brother and his wife. Jasmine gets back Nanu's gold ring from the pawn shop and splurges on herself. Divya repays her education loan. One time customs officer Mala intercepts the trio at Mumbai airport, but Divya uses her connection with Jai to escape the luggage inspection.

Meanwhile, the other employees of the airline are still trying to make ends meet. Someone tips off the customs officials that the three flight attendants are smuggling gold; and even though the three of them can hide their stash, the detention that follows makes them feel humiliated and rethink their choice. The enraged customs official Mala (Trupti Khamkar) mentions that her tip is accurate which she received from an air hostess and cannot come to terms with the fact that she could not recover any gold. Mala had taken permission from Jai before apprehending the 3 women, and Jai knew that Divya was part of crew that will be detained. Eventually, Jai has to let the women leave, as Mala's team is not able to find any gold anywhere. Mala finds the chocolates in Geeta's luggage, but they turn out to be real chocolates. The 3 women are returned to active-duty rosters, but Divya and Jasmine have a falling out. The plane in which the 3 had hidden the gold (They knew from the pilot that the plane is being pulled back to the gate for a customs inspection and they hid the gold in an overhead AC vent) is exposed one day when turbulence causes damage to the fuselage and the gold falls out from out of the ceiling. Vijay Walia (Saswata Chatterjee) (Chairman of Kohinoor) and Mittal are absconding, as the news comes out. Jai realizes that Divya lied to him and breaks off all contact with her.

Initially, they had thought that one of their colleagues on the flight would have tipped the customs officer however after an emotional outburst by one of their colleagues they realized that none of them tipped the customs. Geetu realizes that Mittal's wife Sudha (Charu Shankar) was also an air hostess (Customs officer Mala had referred that the tip came from an air hostess) and she was the only person who knew about the gold. They confront her and she reveals that Mittal is cheating on her and to exact revenge she tipped the customs so that their arrest would lead to the kingpin Mittal.

However, she further reveals that the real kingpin is Walia who had stolen the airline's money (by not paying staff salaries), converted it into gold, and stashed it in Al Burj after smuggling it out of India. In the last 6 years, Walia has smuggled Rs 3000 Crores worth of gold out of India. From Sudha, they get the address of Mittal, and they tail him and eventually find Walia at a luxury hotel where his daughter is getting married.

Geeta knows that Sapna is working in Al Burj after leaving Punnu. She connects Geeta to the temp staffing agency that provides staff to all hotels in Al Burj. Geeta manages to secure a job in the hotel as housekeeping staff and get information about the gold. Geeta finds that the Presidential suits are only accessible by guests. They then contact Manoj and bribe with a 7% cut if he helps them to steal the gold from Walia. After a lot of hard work, they gain access to Walia's suite, by stealing his key, and cutting CCTV cameras on his floor. But they find the gold already gone from the suite. They hatch a plan where they come to know that Walia and his family are taking the gold in a private jet to the Cayman Islands. Jasmine had taken an Ipad from the suite that showed that Wadhera was the pilot and the photos of the crew. Geeta and Jasmine manage to kidnap the original crew and install themselves as the air hostess of the jet, while Divya becomes the pilot after Geeta seduces and drugs Wadhera.

They spike the drinks of the passengers with sleeping pills and land the plane at Divya's native village, which had an old, abandoned airstrip. The police and customs arrive after the 3 women leave with most of the gold. The customs find Walia with the remaining gold and is arrested. Jai helps women escape the customs. The women keep gold for themselves and distribute it among their friends. Mittal also returns to his wife along with some of the gold he had stashed for himself.
