A wealthy woman learns of her husband's affair with her best friend. While paying a visit to her best friend for her birthday, Alicia finds herself stuck in an elevator with Sean, the gift arrangement delivery man. During this time, Alicia not only learns from Sean that the gift is for her friend on behalf of her husband, but even worse, she learns about their affair. Emotionally distraught from the news, Alicia finds comfort in Sean's presence. Conversely, Sean also develops a strong sense of comfort with Alicia.
