Chase takes on a patient, Moira, who is a cloistered nun on the verge of making her life-changing vows, and through the treatment process, he and Moira form a unique connection that tests their faith and reason. But when Moira's condition worsens and requires a risky surgery, Chase's judgment is compromised. Meanwhile, House and Taub try to remain one step ahead of each other's pranks. Written by

Chase scrubs in preparation to operate on Moira's dissection, against the advice of all but House. After he finishes scrubbing, Chase touches the OR door with his hand, rather than shouldering it open as he does in every other scene where he's just finished scrubbing, but before a scrub nurse has put the gown and gloves on him.
