An anime movie that involves aviation, adventure, and romance.
24 July 2014 | by See all my reviews

The Princess & the Pilot was an anime movie that is better than I expect it. It not only involves with romance between these two beloved characters, it also involves discrimination, self-realization, and free will. That is what I love about this movie. It is a reflection of everyone else: of how we interact with judgment that it takes time for us to show what we are made of and receive acceptance. I truly adore the romance between Fana del Moral(the princess) and Charles Karino(the pilot), and I love the action and the adventure they have endured while flying in the sky during the war. Jun Shishido(the director) and Satoko Okudera(the writer) have done a marvelous job making this movie both romantic and thrilling. And this movie is a guarantee must-see for everyone, both male and female. It is touching and exciting combined into one great film.
