Dutch twin sisters travel to America to look for their long-lost mother.

An American surrogate ( holly hunter) has female twin daughters in Holland for two male partners and has no contact with them and no family except them when she breaks her leg and needs support to get well. The twins now in their late 20s fly to America from Europe to meet her when shes released from the hospital.
