Storyline

THE SHORT LIST is a series of short films produced by Hawaii-based TalkStory Productions. The intention is to bring together the Hawaiian entertainment community to showcase their talents by creating high quality short films. THE SHORT LIST received much acclaim as an official selection at the 31st Hawaii International Film Festival in 2011. In January 2012, THE SHORT LIST premiered as a half hour TV series on Hawaii's KFVE-TV where it had a successful television run of fifteen weeks. The show's premise is an anthology series similar to the now classic Steven Spielberg series AMAZING STORIES. There are five unique stories by five different directors. Each 22 minute episode features a stand-alone story with all Hawaii talent in front of and behind the camera. Written by TSP staff
