The plot was completely unrealistic.

If a brutal South American dictator existed and were a sworn enemy of the U.S., would the guy be invited for a conference to Washington and be allowed to enter US territory with his family and army?! Really?

I am sure the same topic could have been developed without going as far as making up a dictator of an unspecified country in South America after all that specific countries such as Argentina,Chile,Brasil,Uruguay,Paraguay,Bolivia and Perú have done to get rid of old dictators.
