Trivia
When Foreman is telling Park why he allowed Andrews to be in the hospital even though he had been drinking, he claims that Andrews was the only neurologist that he could reach. This clearly wouldn't have been the case, as Foreman himself is a neurologist, and would have been able to do the procedure himself.

Goofs
Foreman tells Park that he had to call drunken Andrews in because he couldn't reach any other neurologist. Foreman is neurologist himself.

New interns are boring

These new interns are awful. Then Foremen as the director, please that would never happen at a real hospital. He has no experience of running a hospital and he just likes make Houses life miserable.
