Chiem has a hard time working out why shy, sweet youngster Rudi Maasdijk, who was nearly fatally pushed in front of a streetcar by street thugs, mainly ethnic Moroccans, refuses like bystanders to identify the culprit. Josh confiscates his gun while rude to the press, so he's posted as undercover bodyguard. The robber returns, takes his partner hostage for a minute and is shot. However he's identified as illegal Armenian Bedros, whose respectable brother Aram has a remarkable story. Ex-con Barry starts working in city sanitation, where he has to clean up a marijuana farm.
