When Hanna and Spencer arrive at the hospital to visit Emily, Hanna says that she spent a week in hospital after she broke her leg (back in Season 1) but in a previous episode Mona says that Hanna was in hospital for three weeks.

Goofs
When Emily and Aria are reading Alison's autopsy report they act shocked that the head wound didn't kill her. They also claim to be trying to find out what the murder weapon was. However in previous episodes they are aware and mention that Alison was murdered by suffocation.
