Delightful impersonators!
11 July 2011 | by iscreamfilmSee all my reviews

This film covering a "day in the life" of a set of Hollywood lookalikes was delightfully filmed. Our hats are off to David Wolf for giving a superb Jerry Lewis and to Michael Q. Schmidt for his whimsical Oliver Hardy... an impersonation that had us looking for an unseen Stan Laurel. Both gentlemen captured the look and mannerisms of their chosen icons in a manner that evoked the icons themselves. Excellent. Director Thomas Bingham made a terrific selection in his cast... with actors that brought back warm and happy memories of Hollywood's golden age. We heartily enjoyed following the characters through their day, and felt we were singing along with them during their evening of relaxing Karaoke... Our thanks to director Bingham and to Adult Swim. Well done.
