Trivia

Effie Trinket (Elizabeth Banks) only appears briefly at the end of the novel, but the film expands her role greatly. In the novel, Katniss' stylists are present in District 13, as well a character named Fulvia, who is Plutarch's (Philip Seymour Hoffman's) assistant; Effie replaces these characters in the film. Reportedly, after seeing The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013), author Suzanne Collins called director Francis Lawrence and said, "There's no way Effie Trinket can not be in the Mockingjay films." Goofs

Plutarch tells Effie she isn't a prisoner, and is free to join District 13. How has Effie been eating if she has stayed in her cubicle the whole time? You can only eat in 13 in the common dining halls. See more »

Boring Boring Boring !
4 December 2014 | by fadybteichSee all my reviews

Even worst than first two movies ! Not what you expect at ALL ! Zero action scenes, after all its a sci fi and action movie ! at least some nice fighting scenes ! Just lagging scenes, drama drama, bla bla, useless scenes just to fill the time, just like a loooong introduction to the part 2 movie !

Even if considered as a drama and love story, it still lacks lots of thing, and acting of Philip and Julianne is bad, it's like they are "acting". I just wonder how it got some high ratings, don't advice to watch unless u need to know a little what to expect from next part, but i doubt u'll need it cause nothing much to get from this movie.
