Plot

Ari continues his fling with former flame, Dana Gordon. After a bad session of couples therapy, Ari takes Dana out to Bobby Flay's restaurant to get back at his wife. Dana learns of Ari's real motives and storms out. Mrs. Gold then accuses Ari of cheating on her with Dana while they were still together, which Ari immediately denies.—Anonymous

Eric, Drama, Ari, Shauna, and Scott all rush to help Vince and Turtle deal with the fallout from Carl Ertz's suicide. Vince is called into the police station to record an official statement. Drama wants Vince to lawyer up, but Vince is cool since he and Turtle didn't do anything. Vince and Turtle record their statements to the police and are on their way back home.

Vince begins to freak out when he is told that he must take a drug test, mainly because he took a few puffs of marijuana the previous week, but only to prove to himself that he is not an addict. Vince confides in E and wants his help to figure this out. E gets a few home urine tests, which come positive for drugs. Vince must do the drug test in 4 hours.

With Billy's help, he goes with an unconventional tactic to beat the test. Billy advises Vince to wear a fake genital organ with clean urine in it. Billy says that the plan will work so long as Vince does not freeze or panics. Billy takes Vince to a place to get the device installed. The police procedure is that they hand Vince a cup, take him to the bathroom where a cop looks at Vince while he urinates in the cup. Billy says that the device is good enough to pass the visual test as well. At the police station, Vince tells E, who tells Vince not to go ahead with this plan which can ruin his entire life. E argues that its weed, and if it does show up in the test, a judge will be cool with that. Things have always worked out for them. But no judge will be lenient if Vince gets caught with a fake male genital organ strapped to him with clean urine.

If Vince fails the test, he will lose Airwalkers. His entire life is at stake. Vince decides to keep it on & takes the urine test and passes. His life is finally back on track.

Mrs Ari walks out on Ari, when he is 30 minutes late for their session (as he was helping deal with Vince's crisis with Carl's death. Ari left Melissa a message which she never got) & then laughs when Ari says that he has found someone as well. Ari takes Dana to Bobby Flay's restaurant to get revenge on his wife after she walks out on a couple's therapy session. Bobby comes out of the kitchen to confront Ari and now Dana wants to know what is going on. Dana is angry when she learns that Mrs Ari is dating Bobby Flay and that's why he brought Dana to that restaurant, to show her off. Dana leaves in a huff. Melissa calls Ari and says that she always knew that Ari was having sex with Dana Gordon. Ari maintains that he never cheated on Melissa. But Ari is happy that Melissa still cares.

Ari has nowhere left to go and joins the guys in their celebration of Vince passing the urine test.
