Storyline

Fred's life becomes like a horror movie: his favorite music teacher is missing and all suspicions point to her replacement, Mr. Devlin, a pale man who dresses in all black and carries an umbrella in the sunlight.... Fred suspects that he's a vampire. With the help of his faithful friend Bertha, Fred sets out to save the town from this garlic-hating fiend. Written by Evan Dalton

The film was originally intended for a theatrical release, the production company went as far as to shoot the film with 3D cameras for a 3D release as well. Ultimately neither became a reality as Fred 2 ended up airing as a TV Movie like the previous film. See more »

The 1st except Nick needed a movie for halloween

This movie and the last have a lot in common the ending is godawful john cena is the only good part about it your ears will bleed a neighbor moves in editing and story are BAD okay i guess another good thing about the film is the weird stuff in between like the Devlin mosquitoman bit
