Nishant starts dating Charu while his roommates Rajat and Vikrant already have girlfriends in Neha and Rhea respectively. Trouble starts when the guys feel that their girlfriends are dominating them.

Outspoken and overly critical Nishant Agarwal meets gorgeous new co-worker, Charu, offers his help, assists her financially, and they become close friends. His room-mates, Rajat and Vikrant, are pleased with this outcome as they already have girlfriends in Neha and Rhea respectively. But both the relationships are not as harmonious, as Rajat feels Neha is self-centered and demanding, while Rhea appears to be withdrawn and aloof. Missing their meetings and bar-hopping, the trio decide to take a time-out and be by themselves. All three women, however, find out and decide to accompany them to the beach where they eventually mingle. Rajat (Kartik Tiwari), Nishant "Liquid" Agarwal (Divyendu Sharma) and Vikrant Chaudhary (Rayo Bakhirta) are bachelors who live together in a flat in Noida. Rajat is the cool dude, Nishant is the sincere, hard-working type, while Vikrant is the macho stud of the group. Nishant loves to hurl abuses at anyone and anything and it always irritated. Rajat has a job that pays Rs 40,000 per month, while Nishant is paid Rs 34,000 per month. Rajat plans to open his own cafe when he has saved enough money. The trio like nothing more than spending time with each other over a few beers but wish that they had women in their lives. Vikrant owns a jeep, and the guys use that to roam the streets of Delhi and have fun in their youth. Vikrant also plays the guitar and plays at a local karaoke bar.

Rajat falls in love with Neha (Nushrat Bharucha), whom he meets at a karaoke bar. Neha sees Rajat as a simple guy and starts dating him. At first, Neha is all innocent and easy going. Neha starts coming over to Rajat's place for sleep-overs.

Nishant falls for Charu (Ishita Sharma) who is his colleague and a new joiner at his company. Due to Charu, Nishant is forced to clean up his abusive language. Nishant also pays for Charu's apartment deposit of Rs 50,000 which she promises to pay back in time. She makes him do a good part of her own work in office and also makes him foot her beauty parlor and shopping bills but he is dumb not to understand that she is only using him but doesn't love him. Soon, it is Nishant who is apologizing to Charu for not completing her work on time, as she starts to take Nishant for granted.

The third guy, Vikrant, loves Riya (Sonali Sehgal) who also can't get over her boyfriend of 5 years, Varun (Padam Bhola). Vikrant met Riya at Varun's party. Vikrant & Varun are friends. Riya is a pass-out of Delhi College of Engineering, batch of 2007.

Soon, Neha imposes herself in the life of Rajat and his friends. She is over at Rajat's place all the time, goes with them when they make plans, and drags them along when she goes out for a party. Rajat leaves the bachelor pad, when Neha realizes that her coming over to their apartment is an imposition on both Vikrant and Nishant. Vikrant & Nishant suggest that Neha rents an apartment nearby, but she thinks that Rajat is suggesting a live-in & Rajat has to accept. Once Rajat moves in, Neha shows her true colors & starts demanding more and more from Rajat, asks him to spend less time with friends, frequent tantrums over trivial issues, bikini waxes and so on.

Nishant is also so blinded by his love for Charu that he can't see the obvious - she is simply using him. When Nishant reveals his love for her, Charu says that she has a boyfriend, Abhi (Ravjeet Singh), but they aren't on the best of terms.

Vikrant, however, is aware of Riya's ex-boyfriend, Varun, and also knows that Riya has not yet called off that relationship, but he doesn't mind waiting because he is besotted by Riya. On her part, Riya keeps assuring him that she will end the relationship but actually ends up sleeping with her ex even while she is dating Vikrant.

Rajat, Vikrant & Nishant all realize that their desire to have a relationship has made them not much more than dogs, who are being pushed around by their respective girls.

Missing their meetings and bar-hopping, the trio decide to take a vacation by themselves. All three women, however, find out and decide to accompany them to the beach where they eventually mingle, but the girls end up interfering too much & ruining the vacation for the boys. Charu here kisses Nishant after she confesses that Abhi had called & said that he didn't like Charu going to Goa without telling him, while Rajat has a fight with Neha back at home. Rajat gets massively frustrated with Neha's inconsistent & bossy behavior & doesn't speak to her for a few days.

Charu first fights with Nishant to take down the bikini pictures of her posted by Vikrant. Then she makes him pay for her parlor bill before meeting Abhi to supposedly mollify him for her Goa trip. Nishant is angry & Vikrant counsels him to focus on his career. Nishant informs Charu that he is planning to leave the company.

Charu enacts a suicide facade to interrupt Nishant's interviews. Then Charu starts to ignore Nishant and ends up eventually insulting him openly at work, saying that Nishant is trying to interfere with her relationship with Abhi & even if Charu leaves Abhi she thinks Nishant is a loser & will not be caught dead with him. Varun confronts Vikrant at work & warns him to stay away from Riya. Vikrant demands that Riya end her relationship with Varun, but she is offended & refuses. She then reveals that she met Varun at a party & ended up spending a night with him. When Vikrant finds out that Riya slept with her ex, he leaves her.

Rajat and Neha eventually work out their differences, but soon after some further problems that arise between them. Such as Neha's constant tantrums & her offense at Rajat giving his dad money for investments, which are running into losses. Then Neha makes Rajat meet her parents & is angry when Rajat mentions that he wants his father to move in with him after marriage. Then Neha enacts a ruse of meeting a match arranged by her parents & uses that to emotionally blackmail Rajat. Rajat becomes so frustrated that he walks out on Neha, telling her that she is 'not worthy' of him.

Nishant goes into deep depression but is brought back to reality by his two friends Vikrant and Rajat who drive him to Charu's house and Nishant slaps Charu's boyfriend. At the end the trio are seen sitting together, laughing and feeling happy with the moment they have with each other. Later on, the three girls whom the trio fell for are shown having new boyfriends.
