When Dexter first enters the hardware store he is greeted by Jonah saying to him "Hello, Dexter Morgan". Those were the exact same words that Jonah's father Arthur Mitchell (The Trinity Killer) greeted Dexter with upon first learning his identity in episode 11 of season 4 entitled "Hello, Dexter Morgan".
