Imdb has this released in 2012, while roku thinks 2014.... Z and G are actresses. Or at least they want to be. When the new neighbor ted moves in (paul iacono), they discover that he is friends wtih judith light. THE judith light... from that tv show. So they take pretty drastic measures to convince ted to help them. Which aren't exactly legal. (and what does he actually do for a living, that he can be away for so long ?) it's a silly caper. We just go along for the ride. Also a small role for jaleel white (urkel). It's fun, and weird, to watch it play out. Nothing too earth shaking, just a fun ride through crazy-ville with the girls. Will they learn anything from this shenanigans? Cute.
