Storyline

The Raw Truth is a revealing and exciting look into The Raw Food Movement in Southern California. The Raw Food Diet is a diet consisting only of raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. And is based on the premise that foods cooked over 118 degrees lose all of their nutrients while foods prepared below that temperature keep them. The advent of food processors, blenders and dehydrators has made this all possible. Could this be the next evolution of eating for our world? Written by Anonymous

I'm hungry!

Great insight into a an unorthodox lifestyle.

I love documentaries that will expose you to something that is not part of the mainstream. The Raw Truth presents the topic in a slightly quirky, yet informative way.

What are raw foods? What makes it healthy? What's so bad about cooking your meals? After you watch this, you might challenge yourself to change your habits.

Nice contrasts of characters ranging from the raw vegan chef, to the skeptical/traditional chef, to the girl just starting out with the diet, to the woman who stopped living the raw vegan lifestyle.

And all of the raw food shown in this documentary looks DELICIOUS! It truly does intrigue me to eat healthy.
