Worth more than the 3.1 it has been given.

Let me start off with explaining what this show is about.

4 professional teams go head to head in parkour/free-running challenges, they need to win a match that consists of 2 rounds and both rounds need to be won in order to win the match.

The first round is called the 'speed round' where each team will run the area in as fast of a time as possible to try and beat the other team. Its set out as a relay race, 3 team members out of 4 will be apart of the race, they will each have a part of the track they need to run and need to tag the next person so they can begin running. Each person has to tag their set zones (normally about 2) they are a patch on the area that the person must touch or go through (if they miss it they get a penalty). This round is mainly who is a faster runner, vaulter, climber and can drop safer.

The next round is a free style round, again 3 members out of the 4 are chosen to do this (the team decide who sits out) In this round each 6 players (from 2 teams) each get 60 seconds to pull off their tricks which will be ranked on difficulty, flow (how well all the moves fit together) and execution (how well the moves are done). Scores from all people on the team will be added up, the highest score wins.

If it is a tie, it will go into sudden death, here a member of the team is selected from each team (again, the team decide) and it is another ranked free style round.

This show is definitely for people who like parkour, it gives people a chance to see what new tricks to do and you can see that even professionals who have done it for several years still do things wrong.

The things i do not like about this show is that they pad the show out with replays, quite like most shows like this. So in an hour (40 mins without adverts) you get probably 25 mins of action, if that. The last thing i do not like about this show is that the 'Sudden Death' round is ALWAYS free style, so if one team is very good at the speed round, but not so good at the free style then they will probably lose. They will win the first round because they are good at speed, but the next 2 rounds are free style. In my opinion the sudden death round should alternate between free style and speed to make it fair.

To sum up, this show is very enjoyable to watch and i recommend anyone to sit down and watch it. Unlike most shows like this, there is a danger of someone getting hurt (and they do, not saying who or when) Whereas in most shows like this everything is padded (total wipe-out for example) things on this show are not, its a concrete floor most of the time and some of the drops can be up to 3 stories high. You may be like me and hate all the replays, but you get that with most shows.

All in all i give this a 7/10, my review could be considered biased because i do parkour/free running and I'm not sure if i would still like this show if i didn't, maybe that's why it has a low score.
