This is the third major superhero film to employ nanite displays, after X-Men (2000) and Man of Steel (2013).
The other broken white boy is Bucky Barnes, who was sent to Wakanda to have his brainwashing fixed in Captain America: Civil War (2016) and who appears in a post-credits scene in the film.
The name was edited out when the film was released in India, to make sure Hindu sensibilities were not offended.
