Tna Cancels Several House Shows, Spike TV Update

More bad news for Tna this week, as the company has started calling off live events left and right.

Tna has canceled a September 26 live event in Enid, Oklahoma as well as a September 27th show in Salinas, Kansas. Tna is citing “unforeseen scheduling conflicts” as reasons for the change in plans. It is expected that the company will withdraw more events from their schedule soon.

As of now there are no Tna live events planned this year after a house show loop during the first week of September. Tna did announce a January tour and taping of the UK, however.

It also appears as if Tna’s programming will air until at least the end of September. During last week’s TV tapings the company filmed several episodes of Impact including a “No Surrender” special event. The final taped Impact episode is slated to air on September

Tna No Surrender PPV Predictions and Preview

The eighth annual Tna Impact Wrestling No Surrender PPV rolls in to the Impact Zone tonight with a card stacked to prepare for Bound For Glory. A PPV with no world title match and a champion who isn’t in the main event shows just how important it is(n’t) to the guys in Florida. So why exactly should we care? No it isn’t a misprint or a communication error. It’s not a hoax or a prank. Blink once, blink twice, rub your eyes if you have to (gently of course). Now look at the headline again. Are you smiling? You should be.

At Destination X the 34 year old realised a life long dream and shook the professional wrestling world to its very core. Not just because he beat Bobby Roode, the man with the longest Tna World Championship reign in history, but because of who he is and how he did it. It has long been considered amongst Wrestling fans that if you want to watch the modern day product you are going to have to put up with a lot of pain with not much joy in return. Gone are the days, it seems, that wrestling takes priority over selling merchandise to children or telling people who or what is trending worldwide.

Tna No Surrender 2011 Review – Kurt Angle Retains World Title

As expected, No Surrender kicked off with the entire roster taking part in a 9/11 tribute. Tna Knockout Rosita, whose father died in the attacks, was shown. Jesse Neal was shown in full sailor attire. We get a rendition of America the Beautiful and a big USA chant. Now finally its time for the show to begin proper. Mike Tenay and Tazz are the announcers and first it’s…

#1 Contenders Match for the X Division Title

Jesse Sorensen vs. Kid Kash

Anyone else think it’s about time he dropped the Kid in his name? I know Man Kash doesn’t have the same ring to it, but he’s definitely not a kid anymore. In saying that as long as he never brings back the Pit-bull gimmick, I’m happy. Match starts off with an exchange of quick pin falls and reversals that the fans are well behind from the bell.
