A mainland pyroraptor is washed to sea in a Tsunami then washes ashore on an island in the Tethys sea. There he is confused by all the dwarf species and struggles to understand his new niche.

The narrator's mention of the wounded Tarascosaurus's mate eating him is a reference to another abelisaurid known as Majungasaurus. Majungasaurus is infamous for being considered the only confirmed theropod dinosaur to cannibalize their own kind. It is also worth mentioning that these creatures occupy the same design as another relative, the Aucasaurus in the "Alpha's Egg" episode. See more
The large Plesiosaur (sea reptile) that eats Pod's mate is erroneously shown being able to rear its long neck back like a swan and strike at its prey. In real life, the necks of such animals were quite stiff, and they also preyed upon small fish, rather than dinosaurs. See more
