When Ellen is adjusting Robert's tie before the business dinner, the position of the knot in his tie changes repeatedly between shots.

In the courthouse scene, Jimmy explicitly undoes his tie and pulls his collar out in exasperation, but his tie and collar are in place when he is on the bench.

When Robert is driving the Mercedes and he dozes off, the car's headlights are not turned on when viewed from the front, but the taillights are clearly visible when the camera angle switches to the rear to view the roll-over.

When Robert confronts Chris Vogler, he rushes into his office and locks the door. When he leaves soon after, he can simply open it as it magically unlocked in the meantime.

When Julie is talking with Robert in her room, her belt is first buckled right to left, then a few seconds later it is buckled left to right.

Miller's accident happened outside of New York City, and outside of the NYPD's jurisdiction, therefore the NYPD would not be the agency handling the case.

When Robert returns home after the accident he goes to bed and he is asked by his wife where he went. He reply "What?" but you can see that his mouth is not moving.

Falling asleep behind the wheel and causing an accident in itself is not a crime or illegal. In order for a manslaughter charge to come from it, there would have to be proof that he was negligent and/or that there criminal intent behind it. All Miller had to do was admit that it was an accident and a mistake and the charges against him would not have stuck.

Why did the police not tie Miller to the crash by identifying his car? The chassis number (or other identifying features would not have been completely destroyed by the fire). This would have greatly have strengthened the case against him.

At the end of the movie you see the camera pan to The Miller family sitting around the table at the party. You see Brooke's back in the shot and yet you hear her introducing her father from the podium at the very same time.
