- A woman sits on top of a man sexually- They kiss passionately and his hands move up her bare thigh. Both are fully clothed.
- there is a moment where a woman's breasts are photographed on the phone
- Rape scene: At the very beginning of the movie, a woman is slapped in the face, repeatedly, by a male relative who later rapes her. It is unexpected, as her son is also in the house. May be disturbing for some viewers.

- You see one of the characters have what initially appeared to be a cattle bolt gun, but was a device to aid removal of the limbs. This is used to remove her head - seen from behind. When discovered later the body is found with extensive blood, but no head

- A woman is seen in bed with her Uncle. It is implied they just had sex. She told him they he she was planning to tell his family that her son was his. No nudity seen.
Violence & Gore
- The antagonist of the film drowns by falling into Frozen water in her car. She freely allows herself to drown whilst her son managed to escape the car and is beating on the window for her to get out the car. You see the car submerge under the water.
- A female character is found in an abandoned silo with her detached head on top of a snowman (as it's head)
- A female detective has her finger removed using a device that was previously used to decapitate another female character's head
