Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper Share Risque Details About Their Personal Lives in 'One, Two, AC' Game

Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper Share Risque Details About Their Personal Lives in 'One, Two, AC' Game
Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper are spilling their secrets!

On Sunday's Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, the longtime pals played a game of "One, Two, AC!" with Kim Zolciak to test how well they know one another.

The game got off to a rocky start with the first question being whether Cohen wears boxers or briefs. Cooper guessed boxers but Cohen shared that he's a briefs man.

However, the Bravo host seemed to know his friend's TV tastes, because while Cooper said his favorite television program was Peaky Blinders, he later agreed with Cohen that he really liked Narcos.

As for what Cohen would dress up as if he "were to role play in the bedroom," Cooper quipped, "Snoopy." Cohen said he would be a cop.

Zolciak then pressed the men as to why they ever dated. "Never, that would be weird," Cohen replied.

"Very uncomfortable," Cooper added.

Argentina on the Rise: Paula Martel

Argentina on the Rise: Paula Martel
Buenos Aires — Few directors made a bolder presentation at Mar del Plata’s Film.Ar pitching sessions than Paula Martel, who pulled out a (mock) revolver on stage, to illustrate the film’s climax. That may come naturally for a performance artist and to Christoph Behl, the producer of Martel’s debut feature as a director and screenwriter, “First We Take Anillaco,” who learnt the art of pitching at Barcelona’s prestigious Pompeu Fabra U.

What’s attractive about Martel’s debut is that it cuts so many ways. “First We Take Anillaco” is set in December 2001, as Argentina plunged into dire economic chaos, and 18-year-old Amadeo, the son of Arab immigrants, living in Catamarca, northern Argentina, sees his father lose his job in the state’s orchestra and abandon the family. Convinced (quite rightly) that ex-Argentine president Carlos Menem neo-liberal policies are to blame, Amadeo, who dreams of becoming a hot-shot journalist, rounds up his

Ventana Sur: Haddock, Tornasol, Warner Argentina, 16:9 Cine Team for Horror Film ‘Under Your Feet’ (Exclusive)

Haddock Films and Tornasol Films, the producers behind Juan José Campanella’s 2010 Oscar-winning “The Secret in Their Eyes,” are teaming with 16:9 Cine and Warner Bros. Argentina for Cristian Bernard’s horror feature “Bajo tus pies” (Under Your Feet).

Warner Bros. co-finances and will distribute the film in Argentina.

Set up at Roberta Sánchez’s Buenos Aires-based 16:9 Cine, the project played last year at the 4th Blood Window edition in Ventana Sur.

Structured as an Argentine-Spanish co-production, where Tornasol, the company run by Gerardo Herrero and Mariela Besuievsky, handles Spain’s participation, “Under Your Feet” will tentatively start principal photography from February.

Bernard (“76-89-03,” “D-Graduated”) and writer-editor Hernán Moyano (“Dubicel,” “Sudor Frío”) penned the script, which is inspired by real events.

It follows Priscilla, a mother who decides to move with her two small children and leave the past behind. But in their new home they will meet three mysterious sisters who live in

Ventana Sur: Vitrine Filmes Acquires Brazilian Distribution Rights to Otto Guerra’s ‘City of Pirates’ (Exclusive)

Otto Guerra, one of Brazil’s major animation auteurs, has been selected by Ventana Sur’s Animation! WIPs sidebar to present his 2D toon film “A cidade dos piratas” (City of Pirates).

Set up at Guerra’s Porto Alegre-based outfit Otto Desenhos Animados, “Pirates” has been acquired by Sao Paulo’s Vitrine Filmes for distribution in Brazil.

“Animation is finished and we are now working on the sound. We intend to have the final copy of the film by the end of March 2018,” Guerra told Variety.

Inspired by the politically incorrect characters created in the ’80s by Brazilian cartoonist Laerte Coutinho for the comic strip “Piratas do Tiete,” the film project was on hold for near two decades, delayed by the lack of financing resources and the fact that Laerte rejected his own characters after a gender reassignment.

These circumstances were finally captured by Guerra in the film, that follows an animation filmmaker facing a complex situation

Rose McGowan, Annabella Sciorra, and Asia Argento Had a Home-Cooked Meal Courtesy of Anthony Bourdain
If any good is to come from the ongoing sexual-harassment scandal emanating out of Hollywood and reaching seemingly every other corner of the country, it’ll be thanks to those who have come come forward with their stories. At the top of that list would likely be Rose McGowan, who’s been leading the charge against Harvey Weinstein and others for months now. As seen online, the actress and activist was joined by Asia Argento and Annabella Sciorra — both of whom have also accused Weinstein of rape — for a “meeting of the minds.”

Making the gathering even better is the fact that Anthony Bourdain, who’s dating Argento and has been a vocal critic of Weinstein and others, cooked for the three women; he called it “an honor” to do so. McGowan linked Ronan Farrow

Ventana Sur: Media Luna Picks Up Puenzo’s ‘The Unseen,’ Quintero’s ‘Angela’ (Exclusive)

In the run up to Buenos Aires’ Ventana Sur, Cologne-based Media Luna New Films has picked up international sales rights to two features by up- and-coming directors: Nicolás Puenzo’s “Los últimos” (The Unseen) and Agamenon Quintero’s “Angela.”

Social issue thriller “The Unseen” tells the story of a couple, a pregnant Quechua girl and her creole partner, trekking in a desperate state across the Bolivian Highlands, now a post-apocalyptic wasteland devoid of natural resources and ruled by a bloody militia, in an attempt to reach the Pacific Ocean, where they hope a safe haven awaits them.

The film marks the helming feature debut of Nicolás Puenzo, son of veteran Argentine filmmaker Luis Puenzo, after many years working as a cinematographer or producer on projects such as “Cromo” and “The German Doctor”, both collaborations with his sister, the director Lucía Puenzo. In “Cromo,” a 12-episode TV drama currently streaming in Netflix, Nicolás Puenzo also co-directed.

‘Monster X’ Review

Stars: Leslie Easterbrook, Matt Tatroe | Written and Directed by Jaysen P. Buterin, Daniel B. Iske, Patrick Rea, Sean van Leijenhorst

Monster X is a fun monster flick which gives a twist to some of the classic monsters of the genre. As with most horror anthologies it has varying degrees of success, but with the movie’s short running times each of the films are direct in their approach, so it moves at a good pace and doesn’t feel drawn out.

The stories are connected by a sub story involving a couple of their first date to a Frightfest horror marathon, but unbeknown to them during this showing the monsters on the screen are also coming to life in the cinema. Set up as its own standalone story, the segments in the cinema do not necessary have a real connection to each of the short film, but thanks to some

A film maker not afraid to try different styles and forms, Romero was best known as the ‘King of the Zombies’ with 1968’s mixture of horror and social allegory Night of the Living Dead a starting point for generations of horror aficionados and independent film makers.

As this collection clearly displays, Romero was equally proficient in other genres. Providing an illuminating lesson in the director’s output between his breakthrough film

Aly Muritiba’s Preps ‘Private Desert,’ Bows Distribution, International Co-Production (Exclusive)
San Sebastian — Brazil’s Aly Muritiba, one of its most sought-after young directors, is preparing a new feature film “Deserto Particular” (Private Desert) as his Grafo Audiovisual production company up its ante, expanding into international co-production and distribution in Brazil.

The multi-front expansive moves come as, making good on Muritiba’s promise, “Ferrugem” (Rust), his second feature as a director, cleaned up at San Sebastián’s Film in Progress, its Latin American pix-in-post showcase, taking all three prizes on offer. One of them, the Film Factory Award, sees Vicente Canales Barcelona-based sales company acquiring world sales rights to “Rust” outside Brazil and Spain, putting up a €30,000 ($35,700) minimum guarantee.

Set up at Grafo Audiovisual, produced by Antonio Junior, now written and 60% funded, “Private Desert” turns on a lonely 40-year-old cop in Brazil’s rich south whose Internet love interest lives in its poor North-East, in Bahia. One day she disappears from social networks. He

San Sebastián: Women’s Docs Top 13th Lau Haizetara Forum

San Sebastian — Social-themed projects focused on women proved highlights Thursday at the 13th Lau Haizetara Documentary Co-Production Forum, part of the San Sebastián Festival.

One of the objetives of the forum is to reflect changes in society through the documentary projects it selects. Gender identity has become a key global social issue.

Directed by Spanish filmmaker Chus Gutiérrez (“Return to Hansala”) and produced by Turanga and Revolution Films, “Rol&Rol” analyzes the roles portrayed in the media by women, asking prominent Spanish and international people about what happened in the last three decades regarding the gender policies.

In “Get Settled!,” a Story Farm production in Sweden, director-producer Karin Wegsjö shows four women in China with different ways of handling the conflict between their own dreams and ambitions and their family pressures.

Addressing the desperate situation of women from Asia and Africa, exploited as domestic servants in Beirut, Madrid-based AlemDoc, run by Fátima Subeh and Edu Martín, presented

Location Basque Country: Local Industry Sets International Agenda

San Sebastian –“Handía” (Giant), San Sebastián’s 2017 flagship Basque movie, a tale of two brothers’ deep affective bonds, says much about the film ambitions of the Basque Country – and why the Basque Country should grow as a shoot locale for films or TV from Europe and beyond.

Set down the decades from 1836, the tale of two brothers’ love, warped but never destroyed by grinding poverty, romantic rivalry and the carnage of the 1833-40 Carlist War, begins with shots of the Basque Country and a voiceover: “Change is the only thing that is not changing.”

One of the biggest attractions of shooting in the Basque Country is the Basque country. “Handia’s” prologue captures rolling pine-clad hills seen in pale dawn light, steep cliffs, and scrub-desert expanses.

As “Game of Thrones” showed, turning Bizkaia’s islet of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe into Season 7’s Dragonstone, and the stark-cliffed beach of Itzurun into the place where Daenarys finally steps

A Double Dose of Noah Baumbach Comes to Netflix Next Month, Plus ‘Before Midnight,’ ‘Donnie Darko,’ and More
While October usually signals the arrival of all sorts of spooky, creepy, scary, and otherwise appropriately Halloween-themed films to both theaters and streaming services, this month’s batch of new titles on Netflix offers up a delightfully wide variety of choices that aren’t all tied to the year’s primary celebration of fear. Sure, those titles are there — from more mainstream chillers like “Cult of Chucky” and the new original “The Babysitter,” to more offbeat picks like the cannibal coming-of-age tale “Raw” and the seminal “Donnie Darko” — but this month’s incoming list has more than enough for movie fans who don’t want to shriek at their televisions.
