If you go through a lot of the early movies from this period you will notice that more times than not the camera is just placed down and we capture whatever footage that was moving in front of it. Stockholm is the location of this Lumiere Brothers film but it's really no different than any other films they made in other locations. The camera is on the street and we see a few people walking by as well as several streetcars being pulled by horses. That's pretty much what happens throughout the fifty-second running time so if you're a fan of these actuality movies then you'll be entertained by this one as we at least get some nice things to look at.
