On a classic working farm, the farmer has an uncommon passion: Opera. Instead of whistling while he works, he belts pieces from his favorite operas. His audience is his animals, and that's good enough for him. He is particularly proud of his goat Aida, who has one last blue ribbon to win at the County Fair before retiring. After receiving yet another invitation to audition for an opera chorus the farmer finally decides to audition. But the judges practically dismiss him before he even sings a note. He proves them wrong. Later, he receives word that the opera company would like him to sing in their chorus...to be held the same day as the County Fair. His dreams have collided. And he has a choice.
