The Bible Belt Slasher

As I expected this follows on from Midnight Card Massacre (2009) about as much as Halloween 3 (1982) followed on from the previous movies.

It tells the story of 5 kids who during an evening of partying in the late 1980's proceed to prank call people. Sadly they prank the wrong person, a religious fanatic who tracks them down and kills them off one by one.

This first of two movies (At time of writing) is more of a short than a feature and stands at just under 30 minutes. It doesn't have much in the way of a plot and is literally just the antagonist killing these kids off.

The creators do a decent enough job but it's lack of budget is blatant and damaging. If you're expecting anything contributed to the already waning slasher genre you'll be sorely dissapointed.

Not awful, but one for genre fans only.
