Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury. Freddie defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet. The film traces the meteoric rise of the band through their iconic songs and revolutionary sound. They reach unparalleled success, but in an unexpected turn Freddie, surrounded by darker influences, shuns Queen in pursuit of his solo career. Having suffered greatly without the collaboration of Queen, Freddie manages to reunite with his bandmates just in time for Live Aid. While bravely facing a recent AIDS diagnosis, Freddie leads the band in one of the greatest performances in the history of rock music. Queen cements a legacy that continues to inspire outsiders, dreamers and music lovers to this day.Written by

Freddie Mercury was known for having a sweet tooth and liked to have a small bowl of 'Smarties' (a British chocolate bean candy similar to chocolate M&Ms but made by Nestle) on his dressing room table before every gig. However he did not get on with one of the colors , possibly due to an intolerance of the dye used, and would ask his PA to remove all the beans of that color from the bowl and dispose of them. This may have been the source of the Ozzy Osbourne (or Van Halen as a test to see whether the requirements for a gig were being followed accurately) /Brown M&Ms story told by Ralph Brown's roadie character to Wayne & Garth in Wayne's World 2 (1993), the script of which was co-written by Mike Myers, who also appears in this film as semi-fictional EMI executive Ray Foster. Freddie's cats do not age at any point in the film, apart from a short shot of a kitten. See more »
The Critics where wrong about the song in 1975,and they are wrong about the movie in 2018
This movie is a must see for any music and movie lover
Queen fan or no Queen fan, anyone who sees this movie will be going through a rollercoaster of Emotions
Beeing it Queens music or the story behind the music
Rami Malek puts down an excellent version of Freddie Mercury, but all the actors play great in this movie
In my opinion best thing to do is ignore the criticism and go see it for yourself.
