After the averted Cuba missile crisis and Jackie's return, JFK seems back on the rails in political and private life. He and his presidential entourage tour the country to rekindle his popularity in view of reelection prospects. During the visit to Dallas, Secret Sevice protection fails to prevent previously non-notable sniper Lee Harvey Oswald from taking aim and prematurely ending the first Catholic presidency. His family and country are shocked, even the world.

The Lincoln that JFK and Jackie are shown getting into for the motorcade is an ordinary Continental convertible and not even a replica of the presidential limousine - it's not finished in the Kennedy Blue the actual limousine was and does not have the stretched wheelbase or additional front bumper lights. There are also no visuals of Governor and Mrs Connally who rode in the jump seats ahead of the presidential couple. See more
